Jürgen Zingraf

Chartered Accountant

Studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt.
Graduated as a qualified Business Economist (Diplom Betriebswirt FH)
Tax Adviser since 2002
Certified Accountant since 2003

His main area of work includes auditing annual and consolidated financial statements, carrying out special audits, doing group accounting in line with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS as well as drawing up due diligence and corporate assessments. In addition, he has many years of experience in auditing and providing consultation for companies in the services and trade sectors as well as companies involved with renewable energies.

Another main focus in the work of Jürgen Zingraf is providing tax advice to companies, private individuals and communities of heirs, developing optimal fiscal solutions is given priority here.

Management consultancy and structuring in company acquisitions and sales is another area of focus covered by Jürgen Zingraf.

In addition to his work for various auditing firms, he spent more than 7 years at KPMG in Leipzig and Munich before founding and continuously expanding wzt.

Christian Stengele

Christian Stengele works mainly in drawing up financial due diligence reports and corporate assessments for company acquisitions and sales both in Germany and internationally. Christian Stengele also supports the clients of wzt in developing optimum sales and acquisition strategies and provides business consultancy services. Furthermore, he carries out audits of annual and consolidated financial statements. He worked for more than 7 years for KPMG in Munich and London in Transaction Services and Restructuring. In 2005, Christian Stengele successfully passed his examination to become an English Chartered Accountant.

Dr. Britta Nonnenmacher

Lawyer

PhD in European Company Law at the University of Augsburg
Certified lawyer since 1996

Dr. Britta Nonnenmacher is involved in all corporate law cases and structuring issues. She has many years experience in the area of M&A and in carrying out legal due diligence analyses. As a cooperation partner of wzt, Dr. Britta Nonnenmacher negotiates on behalf of companies and individuals. The focus of her work lies in the area of corporate, commercial and economic law. She is also a contact partner for asserting claims in judicial and out-of-court proceedings.

Enikö Benedek-Pollinger

Specialist Tax Lawyer

Studied Law at the University of Munich
Certified lawyer since 2005

Enikö Benedek-Pollinger mainly works in preparing tax returns for our clients, acts for clients in court proceedings before the Finance Courts and uses her competence in the area of legal and fiscal matters to provide consultancy services to private individuals. Enikö Benedek-Pollinger speaks fluent Hungarian, Rumanian and English.

Nadja Rudovski

Audit Assistant

Studied at the University of Munich

Nadja Rudovski works as an Audit Assistant in wzt’s auditing and management consultancy team. She works both in Germany and internationally. Her noteworthy mathematical skills, which she makes use of in her work, have proved to be a great benefit to our clients. Ms Rudovski speaks English and Russian.
